The Tressa Pliance Wave Perm provides a healthy, high lift perm with an acid pH of 6.7. It is perfect for fine hair, as the gentle solution provides very little cuticle lifting or swelling. It also works great with highlighted hair, up to 80%, and fragile normal or colored hair. The perm processes with dryer heat and is recommended for the rod to roller technique. With Tressa Pliance Wave Perm, you can achieve beautiful, voluminous curls with minimal damage to your hair.
